According to treaty

The Constitution of the United States of America, a treaty, which forbids unconstitutional amendment, it stipulates that the office of Vice President shall be awarded to the runner up in the electoral college count, and they shall act as President of the Senate.

Also, if there is not a clear majority in electoral votes, there is to be a new election among the top three candidates.

Also, more than fifty states have ratified the United States Constitution, and the Senate and House of Representatives are legion.

There is no limit to the number of terms to which a president may be elected. Some states forbid their electoral college representatives from voting for a candidate twice elected. The presidency is a position of honor and great responsibility. If a president is elected and swears the oath of office, they must execute the law and lead the army commanding the Navy for a minimum of four years, and the presidency does not, itself, pay.
