There is a temptation at all times to do that which seems easiest, the simplest solution to a problem rings truest. This is what motivates people to assault each other with their phones; using the easiest three numbers to remember, and the hardest to save for an actual emergency, makes one feel entitled to ruin the day of someone better thought of as more a person than an object to be deleted from 'your' scene.

As far as I can tell, if you're calling the police, you are the one who should answer questions about your self before you can expect them to satisfy your needs for hate and ensnarement. This is not the way it usually goes down, but sadly enough this is not the way to make a situation better, just to satisfy your demand that a person with a problem be given a worse problem away from your entitlement.
